IVF Team
Physician & Clinical Concultants

Our physicians are experts in the field of IVF, a division of reproductive medicine. Their areas of interest and expertise include reproductive endocrinology, tubal surgery, endometriosis, andrology and immunology. They can provide full evaluation and treatment of various conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, hirsuitism, recurrent pregnancy loss, premature ovarian failure, hormonal imbalances and menopausal problems. We offer the latest assisted conception techniques. Our laboratories are fully upgraded and equipped with the latest and the most advanced technologies. Our emphasis is on providing an individual pathway of care and treatment that suits your need. We restrict the number of patients seen per month in order to maintain our ability to devote the necessary amount of time to each couple.

Nurses
Nurses in the IVF team are experienced in the various fields of infertility and IVF. Our caring staff is aware of the stressful and emotional difficulties which affect these couples. They have been trained and are available to discuss questions and concerns the couple may have before, during and after the IVF cycle. They provide emotional support and are a link to community resources. All the services at our centre are offered in a warm and friendly atmosphere with individual treatment plans.
Lab Personnel
The IVF tab personnel are trained in embryology, andrology and cytogenetics and are dedicated solely to reproductive technologies. They perform specialised procedures such as semen analysis, sperm preparation for IUI, IVF and ICSI. They are also experts in embryo culture and cryopreservation techniques.
Counselling
A counsellor is available for individual / couple counselling for all IVF cycles. The counsellor helps those couples who wish to receive support to understand and cope with the emotional and psychological aspects of the infertility process. Our patients are our priority and supporting their physical and emotional needs is one of our primary goals. There is also a weekly support group meeting facilitated by the counsellor.
Quality Control
The main objective of any IVF unit is to provide good service for their patients. Although this can be interpreted in several ways it is usually perceived as achieving a live birth. The viability of the embryo created and transferred into the women's uterus is a major determinant in establishing a successful pregnancy. As the development and viability of gametes and embryo in vitro is compromised by contaminants and relatively small fluctuations in the environment, such as temperature and PH it is imperative that optimal culture conditions for gametes and embryo are attained and maintained in the IVF laboratory to ensure the best care for patients. Thus one has to maintain the quality control to provide consistent optimal conditions for gametes and embryo culture. The quality control is done by equipment validation, culture media and consummable validation, monitoring and environment monitoring. Our laboratory is validated by Trivector Scientific Private limited and independent body with ISO certification.
